Flagstone’s underwriting team consists of 37 underwriters with extensive reinsurance industry experience in senior management and executive roles as well as 18 in our catastrophe modeling team with broad knowledge and experience in the industry's top tier companies. 16 actuaries round out the underwriting team.

Our research and development team boasts an impressive 108 scientists, architects and programmers with extensive experience in research, software engineering and data analytics.  A highly specialized team, many holding advanced technical degrees or PhD’s.

The accounting, claims and legal support team numbers 122 people including lawyers, accountants and staff who provide specialized experience in reinsurance accounting, claims, and capital markets.
